Malfunctions of electronic equipment such as inverters, brushless motors and encoders in very hot environments with extremely high humidity levels can have a direct impact on the company’s production capacity.
From the initial analysis stage, the use of pneumatic tooth-operated components was immediately considered. Tests carried out with the prototype confirmed that the direction suggested by Telcomec was the right one. The customised development for the customer then led to specific modifications to the conveyor belt drive section. At the same time, suitable synthetic greases were selected to ensure reliable performance even in environments characterised by high humidity.
